Computer issue – Posts will resume later

A situation has developed with my computer that cannot be resolved until I return home. I am disconcerted. Hopefully things will get back to a functional state soon.

On the other hand it was a good day at the site. Lots of finds, including what might be pieces for an Iron Age board game. Piedad Urdinola, one of the people traveling with me, uncovered an intact juglet yesterday. It appears to be the first of its kind discovered at Qeiyafa. Everyone lined up to get a picture holding it.

This is the last week of this year’s dig season at Khirbet Qeiyafa. We are all finishing up our squares and prepping them for final photography before our cookout in a few days.

I’m posting this message from another person’s computer. It’s difficult to have to use others’ computers, so expect to find significant new information when I return home. Thanks for your patience!

  1. Excuses. 🙂 Really, I know how frustrating that can be.
