Been busy… but here are some interesting sites.

There are 4 activities requiring my time these days that were not present in my life a year ago.

1) I am working on a Masters Degree. 2) I have been teaching Spanish to teens and pre-teens. 3) I am directing the Florida College Alumni Chorus. 4) My wife and I had our third child, meaning we are now outnumbered by our children.

Combined with my ongoing work for the North Terrace congregation and time with my family, there has been little time for blogging. Some of this is easing up a bit now, so there will hopefully be more updates in this space. I plan to return to Israel in July to travel the country and excavate again at Khirbet Qeiyafa. That should produce plenty of information, photos and video to pass on.  Stay tuned!

In the meantime…

Ferrell Jenkins is in the middle of a tour to Israel and Jordan. You can follow his daily posts, and follow a few blogs from members of his tour group.  (See Ferrell’s previous posts for those links.)

Leon Mauldin is an evangelist who has traveled throughout the Bible Lands. His new blog includes photos and information from his travels. He has recently highlighted biblical sites in Turkey and no doubt has much more in store.

Bill Crouse and Gordan Franz have a thoughtful post on the latest discovery claim for Noah’s Ark. Check out their observations at the Life and Land blog.
