We’re back

The Encuentro finished up this afternoon after lunch.  We could not actually get away until 5:00 p.m. but we’re in our hotel in Manizales, catching some zzz’s and prepping for what is next.

I don’t have time to post much tonight. 10 of us, including my immediate family, are flying to Bogota at 7:00 a.m. (wakeup @ 4:30 a.m.; depart hotel @ 5:30 a.m.).  My mother, Jennifer Hallberg and Dave Galloway are returning to the U.S. tomorrow afternoon (Saturday). My wife and I, our two children, Meredith Saltz, Angie Dimas and Wayne Galloway will be in Bogota during the next week.  The rest will spend the weekend here in Manizales before flying to Bogota on Monday, and to the States on Tuesday.

I’ll post much more about the Encuentro over the next several days.  In short, it was a great week.  I’ll tell all about it soon.

In the meantime here are some gratuitous pictures of my children at the Encuentro.

Laura (c) with two new friends.

Caleb with two of his many female admirers.

Please check back soon.
