You say Goodbye, I say Hello.

Or is is the other way around?  This first post is to announce that I’m leaving the country.

In just a few hours my wife, Melanie, and I and our two children, Laura and Caleb, are flying to Colombia with 12 other Christians.  My family and I plan to return on July 4th – an excellent day to rejoin our nation.  We all plan to visit churches in Colombia and also spend a week with 250 other people at an “Encuentro” (somewhat like a summer camp) studying, singing, growing and enjoying the time together as people of God.

I plan to post and share photos while I’m gone, so please check back regularly.  Que Dios té bendiga. (May God bless you.)
